The MB-502ATV is a ventless, multi-basket, high capacity electric deep fryer. Featuring: touch screen controls, built-in filtration, autolift, and numerous additional features.

Install virtually anywhere without the need of large hood and make up air systems. Built in carbon filtration exceeds EPA Standard 202 for the release of particulate matters and meets NFPA 96 standards. Ideal for heritage buildings, confined spaces, non-permanent installations, and other applications where venting is not feasible.

Maintaining the ventless fryer is easy. Pre-programmable oil filtration system ensures shortening is ready for every cooking cycle. Additionally, the filter cycle does not require users to touch any hot parts!

Designed for energy efficiency, the fryer boasts two idle pre-set temperature points to minimize energy consumption during downtime.

Paired with fast recovery, the MB-502TV allows high-capacity deep frying of almost anything – making it an excellent bone in chicken fryer!
