Is everything on your website in stock?
We do our best to stock popular products in our warehouses across Canada however at times we must order directly from the factory. In that case you will be contacted by one of our representatives with an estimated arrival date.
I don’t see exactly what I’m looking for on the site. Can you get other items?
Please contact us if you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for on our site. We do our best to update our website on a regular basis however at times we have items not yet listed. If we don’t have your item shown there’s a good chance we can obtain it for you.
Do you offer financing?

Is shipping included?
Our prices don’t include shipping unless otherwise stated. If you need your order shipped or delivered we’d be glad to obtain a price from one of our shipping/delivery partners.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, interact debit, e-transfers, direct deposit, and certified cheque. Normal cheques require 7 business days to clear prior to shipment.
